Returns Policy

We stand behind our goods and services we offer to our customers.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to the following address for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.*

Please email us at sales@gowoonus.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return and we will email you a Return Authorization Number.

After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

* Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable.  Also, cushion compacts, single use products such as sheet masks, sale and special offer items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders over $50 excluding taxes        Free via USPS
Orders under $50                           Flat rate of $6.95 via USPS

All products are shipped directly from Los Angeles, CA.  Orders placed before 3 pm PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is shipped. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
